Puke green Boler

This well maintained example was seen in August, 2012 in Nelson BC. This small town must certainly have the highest density of Bolers seen anywhere and the count this trip was around half a dozen of them. That’s not bad considering these little trailers have not been made for many decades. Not sure I like the colour though, but maybe it’ll grow on me.

Boler: A small cute-as-a-bug fibreglass travel trailer made in Canada in the 1970s and 80s. Very collectible and a we make a fun game spotting them on road trips.

The Boler spotting game, how did this come about?

It’s just one of those things – we saw a Boler, then another and another and soon we were making a game of it. So far we’ve spotted perhaps a hundred (maybe some more than once), but only got pictures of a small number of them.
