Not a Boler – a Trillium travel trailer through the trees

At this time of year, here in the cold wilds of Alberta, spotting a Boler or even a Boler look alike trailer is pretty rare. Most of them are nicely tucked away for the winter in back yards, alleys, garages or in other obscure or hard to access spots and are rarely seen. Until spring that is, or if we happen to be lucky while out walking, like here.

This Trillium was spotted in Airdire AB in February 2013. As of this date we have seen but one of these and zero Bolers. I am sure with spring things will pick up and this category will become more active. Stay tuned!

Quick spotting features. 13′ Boler: Egg shaped, rounded windows (for most), round tail lights. 17′ Boler: Less egg shaped than smaller Boler but still rounded, rounded windows, round tail lights. Trillium: A little more square body, squared windows, squared tail lights.

Boler: A small cute-as-a-bug fibreglass travel trailer made in Canada in the 1970s and 80s. Very collectible and a we make a fun game spotting them on road trips. We also include other similar trailers here, those from other manufacturers who are close in appearance to Bolers.
