Boler Love

Someone must love their little Boler. Check out the plate seen in the window of this 17 foot example, found in the old and established Calgary community of Inglewood. This trailer has been outfitted with air conditioning. That option was never offered by the factory, at least based on the research we’ve done, but over the years we have seen a few of them modified like this by their owners.

The neighbouhood where this trailer was found is interestingly home to a huge number of Bolers, well a good number anyway, and over the years, if our notes are correct, we’ve seen more then a dozen of them there. Included in that tally is one alley where we found five!

Boler: A small cute-as-a-bug fibreglass travel trailer made in Canada in the 1970s and 80s. Very collectible and a we make a fun game spotting them on road trips.
