Channel Surfing Boler

We find them even watching TV and in fact it’s happened quite a few times now. Here’s a channel surfing Boler seen while searching aimlessly for something to watch and not having much luck at it. Here’s it on some rural channel (don’t recall) and the show on the subject of old farm machinery. Okay that’s interesting enough.

While panning to follow this restored grain truck something familiar is spotted in the background. The neighbours heard it loud and clear – Boler! Damn, that truck is green. Then we move on to surf some more and find nothing worth getting into. The date’s March 2021 and we’re itching for spring.

In spite of last being manufactured in the 1980s, these little fibreglass trailers are still immensely popular and we spot at least fifty to sixty each year. That’s amazing considering the time that’s passed and even taking into account normal attrition.

From the same card dump…
Pella Mennonite Church and White Valley Lutheran Church.

Boler: A small cute-as-a-bug fibreglass camping trailer made in Canada in the 1960s to 1980s period and we make a fun game spotting them on road trips or adventures. We’ll also include similar trailers from other manufacturers that are close in appearance or configuration to Bolers.
