We actually had someone from Fiverr build the bones but still have to input the data, do front end design and set it up. We play fast and loose with the rules right now, to be silly, but actually have a good sensible set pinned down should we ever proceed with the program. One to five points each for three criteria, with examples and pointers, plus bonus points only for extra special finds, for a minimum of three points and a max of twenty.
